A Great person who gave such inspiration to so many

I came across this link to a web site of one of the first people to ever inspire me, not just because he was so good at his art; but because of his convictions. In his short lifetime he became a legend, & an inspiration to so many people.
Bruce Lee became a hero not only to his own nation, but touched the hearts of people all over the world. This man paved the way for so many great people in the Martial Arts entertainment field.
People should know that Bruce was a very educated man,who loved life; he majored in philosophy, and this he tried to share along with his vision of the Martial Arts. This inspired me first and foremost even before the Martial Arts did.
I came across this link to a web site that is very informative about his life and his beliefs.
I thought it would be a good thing to share it.

I am sure you will find it as interesting as I did.

Tricycle Daily Dharma
The Core of Practice
“The core of Buddhist practice is the transformation of suffering (dukkha) and its roots into wisdom and compassion. As the Buddha pointed out, we all experience physical and emotional pain. We all get sick, lose people we love, and each of us will die. Our practice is not to try to get rid of this pain, which would be impossible. Rather, it is to avoid constricting around our pain, or blaming ourselves or others for it, or lashing out when we feel attacked—somehow believing that by so doing we will get rid of or resolve the initial hurt.
This cycle of reactivity is called suffering. The task of our practice is to transform such reactivity and the greed, hatred, and delusion that fuel it. It is to realize that it is possible to experience pain without suffering, without passing on the pain to ourselves or others.”
—From Donald Rothberg, "Present Moment, Urgent Moment" (Fall 2004)

My response to a friends, response to my blog

We grow as we live

Time to Grow. Sometimes you have to read between the lines, or you will miss valuable insight to the answer to your question. There is so much to learn on our journey, it is time to grow. Looking between the lines is another way of saying. That the words may seem to have one meaning, when in reality if you look with both emotional intent as well as just the words of a message. You can see the totality of what was intent. Words to one person may have one meaning where as to another the words do not count; only the intent behind the words. Look with your heart as well as your mind. Or you may be missing a valuable insight. Things are not always as they seem. We all have a different way of looking at things. That is what makes us special and that is a good thing. Or life would be so boring. For instance, if you only look at the surface of the ocean you see a lot of water, it is only when we look underneath that we see all that wonderful variety of life. We are all more than the surface that we present to other people.

Our Growth and how we deal

I read This and Felt the inspiration to pass it on:
Growth comes from learning and acceptance.Growth does not have a need for"Wrong"and "Right" as these polarities Keep us blind folded.Growth comes from just dealing with what is an moving forward.
Rather than limit our perceptions, let us look at each situation from all sides.
Try to understand the other side, even if it is difficult.
